Job Description

• Independent instrumentation and assistance in procedures of all disciplines
• Performing all pre- and post-operative measures
• Ensuring a smooth interdisciplinary and interprofessional workflow in the operating room
• Proper preparation and operation of necessary devices, instruments, and sterile goods
• Completing on-call duties
• Participation in the maintenance of internal processes, workflows, and structures

Qualifications

• Certified nurse HF/FHOP or certified specialist OT HF/FH with several years of professional experience in orthopedics, preferably in the attending physician system
• High flexibility, versatile expertise, and the necessary understanding of various surgical techniques
• A responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great enthusiasm for their profession
• Flexibility, resilience, and quick comprehension
• A high level of professional, practical, and social competence
• Quality and responsibility awareness as well as a high willingness to serve
