As Sector Manager, you will play a key role in organizing and supporting your team daily. Your main responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of home care professionals
- Conduct interviews and ensure close management
- Monitor activity: planning, managing replacements, tracking services
- Handle complaints and sensitive client situations by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring user satisfaction
- Guarantee the quality of care and beneficiary satisfaction
- Promote the evolution of professional practices to meet new sector challenges (aging, home maintenance, innovations: )
- Be a driving force for continuous improvement of organization and service quality
- HES nursing diploma or equivalent
- Management certification
- Successful experience in team management, ideally in the medico-social or health sector
- Strong managerial skills: listening, team spirit, ability to unite
- Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
- Initiative, proactivity, ability to support change
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility in work time organization
- Knowledge of RAI CARE and Carefolio is an asset
- Driving license and vehicle essential
