Welcome to Meiringen. Located in the beautiful Haslital, there are three primary school buildings in Meiringen. At the Pfrundmatte site, located in the middle of the village near the train station, around 200 students attend their classes.
We run 3 multi-grade classes in parallel here (3x 1st/2nd grade, 3x 3rd/4th grade, 3x 5th/6th grade). The Meiringen school also includes 5 kindergartens, a day school, and the secondary school center. Further information can be found at www.schule-meiringen.ch

Tasks
To complement our team, we are looking for a teacher who, in addition to the class teacher, teaches subjects on consecutive half-days in the 3rd/4th grade level (approx. 6 lessons) and a 5th/6th grade class (approx. 8 lessons). The workload can also be divided.
Subject areas: NMG, Sports, German, Art
The existing class teams will support you during the introduction, and exchange with other teachers of the level and joint preparation is institutionalized.
Requirements
You have a recognized level diploma for primary school or are on the way to obtaining one.
You are a conscientious, communicative, and resilient personality and are accustomed to dealing with children and parents.
Other important aspects: Clear and open communication, humor, resilience, structured yet flexible working style.
