- You support our users with questions about client applications, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You are responsible for the maintenance, further development, and stability of the client components (Windows).
- You are in charge of license management for your applications and conduct usage surveys if necessary.
- You monitor the functionality, performance, and quality of the components and ensure everything meets the specified parameters.
- You assist with troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support and escalate issues when necessary.
- You coordinate orders and project requests related to your components, plan releases, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- You document processes, functions, and system changes clearly and up to date.
- You are the interface for stakeholders, proactively inform users about changes, and advise on technical questions.
- You ensure that all guidelines, instructions, and processes are followed and maintain the application portfolio.

- A completed education or degree in IT (e.g., computer science, business informatics).
- Experience in IT customer service, ideally with client applications.
- Knowledge in Windows administration.
- Understanding of software deployment, troubleshooting, and error diagnosis.

- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
