Responsibilities
- Responsibility for needs-based, activating care and nursing throughout the entire care process
- Contact person for residents, relatives as well as for all professionals involved in care
- Careful management of resident documentation (care process and service classification)
- Active shaping of the future through commitment to vocational training (further development possible)
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Already trained vocational trainer or motivation to complete this further training
- Basic knowledge in gerontology and dementia
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
- Experience or interest in care and support concepts such as kinesthetics, basal stimulation, and validation
- Independent, responsible working style as well as an empathetic and appreciative personality
