The SalZH Foundation has been supporting and educating children and young people in Winterthur and Wetzikon for over 20 years – from daycare to the end of school. Around 200 employees at eight locations are committed daily to high-quality care, education, and special education. Our work is shaped by Christian values, a family-oriented and people-centered culture, and the goal of promoting children and young people holistically.

- You monitor the education market, recognize trends, and develop offerings that inspire parents and children.
- You position SalZH and its individual offerings clearly in the market and ensure effective marketing.
- You strengthen fundraising and are the face of SalZH externally – towards parents, authorities, the public, and donors.
