Professional subject teacher for the CFC Farmer program at 65%

- The CPNE is the reference body for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, advanced training, and continuing education).
As a teacher at the TN division of the CPNE, you teach professional subjects to students in the CFC Farmer program.
You implement training plans according to current legislation.
Responsible for the design, organization, and planning of courses, you also ensure the monitoring and evaluation of trainees within the class management entrusted to you.
Finally, you are responsible for coordinating the sector, which involves ensuring the coherence and organization of teaching with the teachers of the program.
Holder of a CFC as a farmer complemented by higher professional training such as a bachelor/master in agronomy or a federal certificate/diploma in the field or an equivalent qualification, you are trained in professional pedagogy or willing to follow on-the-job training.
Dynamic, organized, and autonomous, you demonstrate rigor and initiative and know how to integrate within a team to collaborate.
You show a genuine interest in professional training, youth, pedagogy, and digital tools.
The law requires public officials to have their domicile in Switzerland and to live there.
