Maintenance Specialist CNC Manufacturing, Turning Specialty

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the proactive maintenance and servicing of our CNC machines and systems for ring and cone grinding production
• You are the first point of contact for troubleshooting and machine downtimes
• You operate and load the impact machines and CNC machining centers (Fanuc control)
• You create documentation, maintain maintenance logs, manage data in Babtec, and handle spare parts
• You are willing to step in outside our regular working hours if needed (flexible working hours during our production time Mon-Fri between 7 am and 6 pm)
• You coordinate external repair assignments with the team leader through our machine manufacturers

Your qualifications:

• You have completed a basic mechanical training, for example as a polymechanic EFZ or machine mechanic EFZ
• You have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance
• You have knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics; electrical knowledge is a plus
• You are enthusiastic about robotics and automation technology
• You work in a structured and independent manner, combined with enjoyment of teamwork

In this role, you lay the foundation for our coffee machines and work on the core component – the grinder. You can expect a lively production environment and exciting technical challenges.
