Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. In our current and future development perspectives, we are looking for our plastic surgery department at Morges Hospital, a:
Medical Secretary in Plastic Surgery (M/F) at 80%

YOU HAVE
- Training as a medical secretary or an equivalent recognized title
- At least two years of prior experience in medical secretariat in Switzerland, ideally in a plastic surgery practice or hospital surgery department, combined with excellent knowledge of medical terminology
- Good interpersonal skills allowing harmonious collaboration with various stakeholders
- Recognized skills in using computer tools as well as excellent spelling
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out all the activities of a department
- A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients by guaranteeing an excellent daily experience
- Manage telephone duty and message taking as well as all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the department
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of plastic surgeons
- Type and transmit medical reports and examination results to internal and external doctors within appropriate deadlines
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' medical records
