To strengthen our department MEP East (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) we are looking for the branch in Zurich immediately or by arrangement for a

Project Manager HVAC 80-100%

In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.

YOUR TASKS:

• Independent management of HVAC projects (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) across all planning and execution phases (SIA 31–53) in the areas of industrial, commercial, hospital, and residential buildings.
• Development of innovative and sustainable technical solutions in close cooperation with architects, clients, and specialist planners.
• Preparation of project documents from preliminary design to execution as well as creation of revision documents (e.g., with CAD Plancal Nova / BIM).
• Monitoring and ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality within the projects.
• Leadership and coordination of internal and external project participants.
• Participation in construction meetings, technical coordination, and conducting site inspections.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a building services planner EFZ, specializing in heating or ventilation.
• Further education as a technician HF or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in planning and project management of HVAC projects.
• Very good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and guidelines.
• Confident handling of CAD tools, ideally with BIM experience (e.g., Plancal Nova, Revit).
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and confident appearance.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills (e.g., English or French) are an advantage.
