We are looking for a qualified Project Manager Painting for our client.</p><h3>Project Manager Painting (m/f/d)</h3><p><strong>Your area of responsibility:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of painting projects in indoor and outdoor areas</li><li>Leading and instructing painting teams and subcontractors on site</li><li>Ensuring the timely completion of projects while adhering to quality and safety standards</li><li>Creating offers, calculations, and schedules in collaboration with the department head</li><li>Technical consulting for clients and coordination of project details</li><li>Control and acceptance of completed work as well as documentation of the project progress</li><li>Coordination of construction sites and employees</li></ul><p><strong>Your qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Completed training as a painter EFZ, ideally with further training as a foreman, site manager, or project manager</li><li>Several years of professional experience in the painting trade, ideally in a leading position</li><li>Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Confident interaction with clients and experience in team leadership</li><li>Technical understanding and craftsmanship</li><li>Good IT skills (MS Office)</li><li>Independent, structured working style and high problem-solving competence</li><li>Driver's license class B</li></ul><p><strong>Your workplace:</strong></p><ul><li>Region Basel</li></ul><p><strong>Your assignment:</strong></p><ul><li>By arrangement</li></ul><p></p></div>
