We at Spitex Uster, a business unit of the City of Uster, are looking for dedicated colleagues who want to help ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for about 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counseling, household help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. We are also a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individualized care, support, and household assistance. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

To strengthen our competent Spitex team in Uster, we are looking for you on a fixed-term basis immediately or by arrangement until the end of December 2025 as
Spitex - Health Specialist 60-100%
Your main tasks
- Implementing the nursing process and working closely with case managers
- Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
- Accompanying and guiding trainees during their training process
- Electronic documentation of services and observations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
What you bring
- Completed EFZ training as FaGe (Health Specialist)
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting clients, as well as high independence
- Digital proficiency for daily electronic administration
- Good oral and written German skills
- Optionally own car (with mileage reimbursement by Spitex) or driving license category B (manual transmission), alternatively e-bikes are available
