Job Description
HR Time Management and System Support Polypoint PEP
In this responsible position, you actively manage and further develop the time management system Polypoint PEP. You conduct regular checks of the schedules and, if necessary, provide feedback to the respective directors. You contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
As the central contact person for users in the area of quality management, you advise our internal customers. You support users in all matters related to the deployment and planning system and contribute your expertise to the ongoing improvement of our workflows. Your responsibilities also include maintaining the relevant icons, allowances, and on-call duties according to guidelines and regulations.
Furthermore, you are a reliable support for our HR teams, especially in the areas of social insurance and absence management. You record payroll-relevant changes, process absences, and actively contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Additionally, you ensure the control of absences and on-call duties before each payroll run. You also continuously check the accuracy of the planning data.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training, ideally with further education or experience in human resources
- Proficient in MS Office and interested in HR digitalization
- Knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Initiative, organizational talent, and a high sense of responsibility
Desirable:
- Several years of professional experience in HR, especially in time management and/or payroll
- Solid knowledge of Polypoint PEP or comparable time management systems
