Tasks
Become a part of a team who makes a difference in customer service and global business excellence. Join us in delivering outstanding support and problem-solving for our air cargo operations, and be a key player in driving our company's success in the global market.
- Guide and support our worldwide stations in all cargo products & services matters
- Support our stations in shipment irregularities handling
- Initiate products and services process improvements in close coordination with other departments
- Analyse service failures, initiate solutions and perform service recovery
- Carry out investigations and complete CAPA reports, supporting and managing customer complaints for pharma quality issues
- Build up a good relationship with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Make improvement recommendations and participate in projects to enhance customer service and IT infrastructure
- Ensure appropriate information exchange with all colleagues and interfacing organizations such as other departments, stations, handling agents and service providers

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience at Swiss WorldCargo, a cargo handling agent or a freight forwarder in an operational duty
- Good knowledge of cargo products and services, the industry and its requirements
- Customer Service mind set – experienced in Customer Service (internal and/or external customers) is an asset
- Fluent in English (oral and written), additional language skills preferred
- Solution and result orientated, problem solver in an efficient way
- High level of attention to detail, even in stressful situations
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of M365 Applications (Power Automate,Power BI, etc. will be an asset)
- At ease while working with different IT systems (good knowledge of Skychain and/or Cargospot is an asset)
