For the Ticino region, we are looking for a reliable and independent person for our Buderus brand as a Fossil Service Technician (m/f/div.).

Job Description

• You are responsible for the professional commissioning of oil/gas heating systems, hot water systems, and control systems.
• You perform careful maintenance of these devices according to Buderus's high-quality standards.
• You analyze and resolve faults competently, quickly, and independently.
• You advise customers on the ideal system settings based on their personal needs.
• You inform customers about the full benefits of optional Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You organize your service interventions and reliably communicate them to customers and our planning service.
• You participate in the on-call service (standby) in agreement with the team.

Qualifications

• Training: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), preferably in electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive sectors
• Personality and work method: reliable, independent, service-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible
• Experience: experience in the sector is desirable, but a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and interest in the subject matter are even more important to us
• Languages: Italian, knowledge of German
