Accompany national and international market developments in asset management. You will be in direct contact with license holders from all regions!
- Handling all licensing matters, especially for fund management companies, asset managers of individual and collective assets, as well as products under the Collective Investment Schemes Act
- Analysis of the investment strategy of various products and review of investment policy, investment techniques, and risks associated with the investment
- Handling questions regarding the subjection of companies and products as well as conducting analyses in the area of asset management and collective capital investments
- Handling policy and regulatory issues and participating in national and international consultation projects
- Supporting the responsible department in the ongoing supervision of license holders
- Completed studies in law. Additional qualifications (bar admission, LLM, or doctorate) are an advantage
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the financial sector through work at a financial institution or law firm
- Professional appearance as well as independent and structured working style
- Convincing communication skills even in demanding discussions
- Very good German and French skills (at least C1) as well as good English skills (B2)
