For our highly automated production in the field of Aluminium Deep Drawing, we are looking for a technically strong leadership personality who keeps processes stable and effectively manages a team in shift work as Production Manager – Aluminium Deep Drawing Food & Beverage 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Technical and disciplinary leadership of around 24 employees in shift work including tool maintenance
Overall responsibility for production in Aluminium Deep Drawing regarding quality, adherence to deadlines, and output
Deployment and shift planning as well as ensuring the implementation of the production program
Monitoring product quality and compliance with all quality and deadline requirements including correct order feedback and ongoing process monitoring
Coordination and alignment of disruptions, repairs, and service work on highly automated production systems (forming tools, vision systems, robot handling) with internal departments and external partners
Analysis and implementation of continuous improvements (CIP/Lean) to increase efficiency, quality, and process stability
Participation and leadership of projects for the further development of production processes and automation

Your Profile

Completed technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic) with further training as industrial foreman, process technician, or similar
Several years of experience in industrial production, ideally in metal forming or plastic injection molding, preferably in highly automated plant environments
Proven leadership experience in a production environment with shift work
Strong understanding of process technology, plant operation, and production key figures (OEE, scrap, efficiency) as well as a high affinity for quality and efficiency
Experience with CIP/Lean and structured problem-solving methods
Organizational strength, clear decision-making ability, and consistent implementation – with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and team orientation in dealing with internal and external interfaces
Very good German skills, English is an advantage
