You organize events and trips in the exciting field of aviation and keep the threads in hand behind the scenes. Then you are the right person for this position.
Department: School of Engineering
Start of work: As of September 1, 2026
- You ensure the entire administrative processing of the center: You process orders, post invoices (ePosting), open projects in SAP, and reliably and punctually maintain contract and project data.
- You closely support the center management in daily business: You coordinate appointments and correspondence, prepare budget and ILV planning, and evaluate project data from SAP for budget controls.
- You independently organize trips and events (meetings, workshops, fairs): You book flights, trains, and hotels according to ZHAW processes and ensure smooth execution on site.
- You are the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners, maintain customer data, and take over professional communication internally and externally.
- You provide administrative support to the Aviation degree program management and supervise external expert speakers including deployment and expense accounting.
- You have a commercial or equivalent education and bring several years of experience in an administrative role – ideally in a dynamic environment with different stakeholders.
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks.
- You are proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems is an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written) and interact with employees, students, and external partners in a service-oriented and reliable manner.
