Your main tasks include:
- Supporting the Head of Operations INFRA in all administrative tasks
- Processing and recording of accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting in organizing internal and external events
- Creating internal and external correspondence in German
- Personnel administrative tasks for the INFRA team with 24 employees
- Power user of various applications
- Controlling and accounting tasks for the INFRA operation
- Assistant tasks for the construction services business area
- Supporting the internal construction law department in preparing contract documents and document filing
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial or commercial-technical training
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting
- A pronounced service mentality
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoyment of a versatile and demanding range of tasks
