Your role and responsibilities:
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a committed Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for the switchgear and control panel construction sector in the Eastern Switzerland / Graubünden / Zurich region. With your commitment and know-how, you ensure professional market development and consistently high customer satisfaction. You mainly work with companies from the switchgear and control panel construction sector as well as with relevant influencers such as engineering offices or general contractors.

Your main tasks:
Acquisition and support of customers in the switchgear and control panel construction sector as well as development and implementation of strategies for customer and project management
Technical consulting and offer preparation including selection and design of switchgear, preparation of technical offers, and contract negotiations in cooperation with the project team
Market and competitor monitoring, participation in trade fairs and events, as well as representation of the product portfolio
Maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce) for documentation and tracking of opportunities, activities, and customer contacts
Qualifications for the role:
Completed technical basic training in switchgear construction
Further training as a technical salesman or technician TS is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in sales of switchgear or comparable products
Strong technical understanding and good knowledge of switchgear construction
High customer orientation and strong communication skills
German as native language; good English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
Knowledge in digital networking of solutions (e.g., Modbus/TCP)
Independent, goal-oriented working style as well as high willingness to travel within Switzerland (driver's license category B required)
