TasksIn this role, you are an important part of our dedicated teams in the Würth Shops in the Zurich region. We are looking for a committed and responsible personality with a strong service mindset:

• Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
• Ensure smooth processes by entering orders into the system and being responsible for goods and warehouse management
• Support the team by performing administrative office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Würth Shop
• Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping the guidelines in mind to increase the shop's sales and success
• Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories; additionally, attend meetings to contribute to the further development of the respective shop

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in the hardware sector or similar
• A neat appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
• Your pronounced sales mentality and the willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
• SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to handle business processes efficiently
