Job description
We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager - Engineering - M/F/X to lead the design and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring team coordination and supervision of all engineering activities.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of projects (bio zones, utilities, laboratories, logistics).
- Coordinate internal teams and engineering partners.
- Supervise all technical activities: planning, budget, quality, risks, and project governance.
- Define and challenge technical solutions in line with client needs.
- Ensure compliance with standards (GMP, safety, environment, project management).
- Maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders.
🎯 Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated environment.
- You have strong technical expertise and a cross-disciplinary engineering vision.
- You are familiar with EPC / EPCM models.
- Experience in logistics or electrical projects is a plus.
- You have proven leadership and can work in a matrix environment.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in French and English.
