To strengthen our team in Visp, Switzerland, we are looking for

a Shunting Service Specialist.

You love it when everything runs exactly according to plan – literally? You have experience in shunting service and want to contribute where precision, teamwork, and reliability matter? Then we are looking for you! To strengthen our well-established shunting team in Visp, we are seeking a committed personality who thinks ahead, takes initiative, and keeps the internal goods flows on track with us.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Timely delivery and pickup of railcars at the respective transshipment stations
• Distributing and assembling train compositions
• Recording incoming and outgoing weights
• Independent coordination with internal contacts such as production, shipping, and dispatch to ensure timely shipments
• Willingness for on-call duty, to ensure continuous supply of operational areas
• Coordination and collaboration with various interfaces such as operations, shipping, train service, and internal logistics

Qualifications and experience:

• Shunting license category Ai40 is mandatory
• License category A40 is an advantage (or willingness to complete the training)
• Good knowledge of common Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
• Organizational talent, structured working method, and good physical condition
• Strong flexibility, teamwork skills, as well as a high degree of initiative
