Your Craft
- You advise and support the managers of your assigned departments throughout the entire employee life cycle – from recruitment through development and support to separation.
- With your empathetic and expert manner, you support your areas in change processes and bring professional know-how in change management.
- You effectively implement our BGM model in the teams and ensure with dedicated case management that our employees are optimally supported.
- As a central interface between the HR Service Center and the operational departments, you ensure smooth implementation and continuous development of our HR processes.
- You keep an eye on trends and changes in personnel management in the main construction industry and use your knowledge to set strategic impulses for our company.
- The specific workplace will be determined together – we are looking for support in the regions of Bernese Oberland, Northwestern Switzerland, and Zurich.
Your Foundation
- You are an HR professional with completed HR training and knowledge of Swiss labor law, ideally with experience in the construction industry.
- Your high consulting competence distinguishes you: you advise our managers confidently even in complex issues. You communicate clearly, openly, and on equal footing – with construction professionals, specialists, and management alike.
- You have a fine sense for people and situations, find pragmatic solutions, and understand how to build a bridge between the interests of employees and company goals.
- You act self-organized, think entrepreneurially, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You like to be close to the action and bring the flexibility to switch between your supported locations.
