YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules and integrations, ensuring compliance and quality across international locations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze Sales and Supply Chain related business requirements. Translate requirements into system design specifications and ensure global alignment
- Manage deployments, conduct customized end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead international projects to implement the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management module. Define scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations
- Lead internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT technology
- Deep understanding (3+ years) of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management module functionalities and configurations, with experience in global implementations
- Proven experience in leading international projects and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and cross-functional backgrounds
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English. German language skills are considered a plus
- Relevant certifications in project management and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules are a plus
