The Ibis Paris La Villette Cité des Sciences 19th hotel is actively looking for a Rotating Receptionist M/F, permanent contract, starting January 15, 2026.

- Very comfortable in French as well as a second language.
Your future tasks:
● You ensure a personalized and warm welcome, the well-being of clients is always your priority.
● You liaise with the different hotel departments according to client requests, you are a recognized "facilitator" within the establishment.
● You will be required to work at the reception as well as in the reservation service.
● You are committed to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
● You are responsible for client loyalty, they will surely come back a little for you.
● During night shifts, you are responsible for the establishment's activities in the absence of your hierarchy: closing the day, cash handling, and anticipating the next day's needs.
