About the job
- Educational care for children aged 4 to 14 years in regular classes and special elementary school classes (BVSK)
- Active participation in the development and implementation of the educational concept
- Constructive collaboration in a team-oriented work environment
- Targeted support for children with diverse social, cultural, and individual backgrounds
- Accompaniment and support of children in an open structured care setting
- Completed diploma from a vocational school for pedagogy or another recognized pedagogical training, ideally with qualification as a trainer
- Experience in professionally handling challenging care situations is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and strong solution orientation
- Creative, humorous personality with pronounced conflict management skills
- Positive and constructive experience in team-oriented collaboration
