This is what you bring:

• Joy in working with people & a friendly demeanor

• Hands-on mentality & a cool head, even when things get hectic
• Strong communication skills, reliability & discretion
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends (usually working days: Wed – Sun)
• Good knowledge of MS Office & very good German skills, both spoken and written

These are your tasks:

• Support of our artists during guest performances and in-house productions – you act as a contact person, are the interface to other departments, and provide everyone with the necessary information
• Creation of daily schedules – you coordinate arrivals, needs, and processes with artists and agencies and communicate these internally
• Support of administration – you manage the mail account, handle invitations & guest lists, and assist in coordinating and carrying out events
• General support of the Artistic Operations Office – for example, in season preparation, organizing premiere gifts, or cross-departmental tasks
