(Senior) Corporate Partnerships Manager*in Climate Protection (gn) 80-100% at the locations Zurich, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Reutlingen or Vienna
Your tasks:
- You proactively acquire new customers and open up further business opportunities.
- You build a strong network in the target industries and maintain existing relationships with foresight.
- You work independently in your industries and effectively implement strategic guidelines.
- You conduct targeted sales activities and use your budget responsibly.
- You represent myclimate at important networking events and appear authentic, likeable, and convincing.
- You professionally support partners, reliably process orders, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- You observe market trends, analyze opportunities, and derive appropriate measures for the future.
- You use your industry knowledge and your network – especially in tourism – to build new partnerships.
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, are confident in the sales environment, and combine strategic thinking with a clear results-oriented working style.
- You are an intrinsically motivated doer personality who actively tackles challenges, works independently, and remains resilient and focused even in intense phases.
- You approach people openly, are sociable, and naturally establish new relationships – always with enthusiasm for climate protection and sustainable development.
- You communicate confidently in negotiations, appear confident, and remain calm and composed even in challenging situations.
- You can handle criticism constructively, think solution-oriented, and are committed to effective, sustainable results.
- You speak German fluently, communicate clearly and convincingly, and represent myclimate professionally, likeably, and authentically both internally and externally.
