Offer

We offer you a varied 3-year apprenticeship. For the first seven months, you will attend the basic apprenticeship year in Bern. There, you will acquire broad foundational knowledge together with other IT apprentices from the region. From the second semester of the first year, you will work with us in the IT department. You will install hardware and software, expand device configurations, and ensure their operation and maintenance. You will support users with support requests at the hotline and on-site, instruct them in the use of ICT tools, and create user manuals. If you are open to new things, enjoy working on the computer, are sociable, and have a passion for IT, you are right with us!

Your Profile

Your chances are good if you meet the following criteria: For the ICT Specialist apprenticeship, we are looking for secondary school students at the intermediate level with good grades in German and English. In addition, you should have interest and enjoyment in dealing with people as well as skill in handling technical devices. Your social skills and an open personality are also very important to us, as you will work a lot in a team and have daily customer contact.
