Do you want to take responsibility and actively shape the processes in a modern practice? In our practice in Knonau, we are looking for a committed lead MPA who strengthens our team with organizational talent, expertise, and joy in leadership.
People are at the center with us – both our patients and the practice team. If you enjoy optimizing structures, motivating the team, and shaping everyday practice life, you will find the right challenge with us.
We would like to fill the position from July 2026. We offer you a workload of 80-100%.
Qualities we expect
- Professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of the MPA team
- Ensuring a structured, efficient, and patient-oriented practice workflow
- Planning, controlling, and optimizing work processes
- Responsibility for personnel planning, onboarding, and support of employees
- Organization and leadership of team and MPA meetings
- Responsibility for quality management, emergency management, as well as hygiene and safety standards
- Organization of ordering, inventory management, and practice infrastructure
- Participation in projects and further development of practice operations
- Economic thinking including cost and performance control
- Willingness to work across locations
Qualities you bring
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant with EFZ
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years), ideally with experience in a leadership role
- Further training as MPK (practice management direction) is an advantage or willingness to complete it
- Good PC user skills (e.g., Axenita, Microsoft Office)
- Leadership skills, organizational strength, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- High social competence, empathy, and pronounced patient orientation
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness for continuous further education
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
