Are you looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and rapidly growing company? We offer a demanding position as Project Manager/ Team Lead for the further expansion of our Dynamics 365 ERP (F&O and BC) activities in Zurich.
As Project Manager/ Team Lead, you will take over the leadership and development of our ERP team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will strategically and operationally lead our project managers and customer projects, support pre-sales, and actively shape the future growth of the division.
You bring a natural leadership style, think and act customer-oriented, work structured in a team, and convince with strong communication and analytical skills. Your working style is proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on sustainable success.
- Contributing to the strategic further development of our MS Dynamics 365 ERP capabilities in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Finance & Operations, as well as Business Central)
- Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP projects – from offer preparation through budget and scheduling to quality assurance.
- Leadership and coaching of consultants, developers, and project managers
- Definition and realization of go-to-market together with the sales department
- Close collaboration with our partner Microsoft
- You drive customer acquisition including qualification and development and implementation of delivery standards, templates, and best practices
- Further development of our service offerings in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at the C-level
- Support in recruitment and team expansion
- You work for the leading Swiss IT service provider, which is a leader in Microsoft technologies with more than 100 employees in the Dynamics 365 area

Your degree in a scientific, technical, or business field is complemented by:
- Several years of experience (at least 7 years) in leading and implementing ERP projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or alternatively experience in leading ERP projects
- Additionally, experience in the IT service environment, including responsibility in project execution and delivery
- You already have leadership and coordination experience as a project manager and preferably as a team leader
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication, and the ability to communicate with customers and non-experts
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss market and a strong network
- Very good German and English skills
