Operations Manager (m/f/d) 100%
and Deputy Managing Director Building Materials

• Technical advice and support for our customers in the areas of gravel, concrete, pavement, and recycling
• Creating and negotiating offers and orders as well as the associated data maintenance
• Maintaining and expanding our customer relationships
• Leading the dispatch team as well as the drivers
• Ensuring flawless vehicle maintenance
• Responsibility for training and further education
• Organizing and conducting audits
• Supporting the managing director

• Technical basic training with commercial/business management further education or commercial basic training with technical flair and corresponding further education
• Negotiation-strong personality with a passion for sales
• Sound knowledge in the areas of gravel, concrete, and pavement
• Enthusiasm for the topic of circular economy, recycling, and sustainability
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent and precise working style
• Solution-oriented and communicative team player with leadership experience
• Professional and customer-oriented appearance
