Operations Manager (m/f/d) 100%
and Deputy Managing Director Building Materials
This is your responsibility
- Technical advice and support for our customers in the areas of gravel, concrete, pavement, and recycling
- Creating and negotiating offers and orders as well as the associated data maintenance
- Maintaining and expanding our customer relationships
- Leading the dispatch team as well as the drivers
- Ensuring flawless vehicle maintenance
- Responsibility for training and further education
- Organizing and conducting audits
- Supporting the managing director
What you bring with you
- Technical basic training with commercial/business management further education or commercial basic training with technical flair and corresponding further education
- Negotiation-strong personality with a passion for sales
- Sound knowledge in the areas of gravel, concrete, and pavement
- Enthusiasm for the topic of circular economy, recycling, and sustainability
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent and precise working style
- Solution-oriented and communicative team player with leadership experience
