About the job
The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in the Prättigau region between Grüsch and Klosters with more than 600 employees at the Schiers hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the daycare center, parental counseling, and the Medical Center Klosters.
For the management of the ICT/Data Protection department, we are looking for a
Department Head ICT/Data Protection 100%
Member of the Executive Board
Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic development of ICT and digitalization according to the organizational strategy
- Implementation and further development of the ICT strategy with internal and external partners
- Technical and personnel management of the ICT department staff
- Planning, introduction, and further development of ICT systems and digital solutions
- Responsibility for information security and data protection according to applicable legal requirements
- Leadership and control of the Project and Innovation Board (PIB)
- Representation of the organization in professional committees and ICT networks
- Leadership and participation in organization-wide projects and working groups
We expect:
- Higher education in computer science (HF, FH) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the ICT field
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills in a technical environment are an advantage
- Strategic, networked, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership and professional experience in healthcare
