Your tasks

- In challenges such as illness, debt, or unemployment, you develop individual solutions together with those affected that sustainably improve their life situation.
- In close cooperation with caseworkers and specialist offices, you manage your cases responsibly. You also contribute your expertise to professional discussions to help shape the further development of social work.
Your profile
- With a completed degree in Social Work (FH/University), you bring a solid professional foundation.
- Have you already gained initial experience with subsidiarity and social insurance issues? Excellent. If not, we will gladly support you in acquiring this knowledge.
- You enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds and approach them with empathy and a positive attitude.
