Start of employment: from February 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Do you want to gain practical insight into the everyday life of scientists, get to know clinical disorders in childhood and adolescence, and actively contribute to the research of mental illnesses? Then you are exactly right with us!
Our research group at the University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Bern is looking for a committed intern to collaborate on the PSY-Wait research project.
PSY-Wait is an innovative research project in which we develop and evaluate an app-based, transdiagnostic psychological intervention that offers adolescents aged 12–17 a low-threshold, digital support service during the waiting time for psychiatric treatment.
As part of the app development, we are looking for support in creating practical and authentic reports from patients about their experience using skills for emotion regulation and self-esteem enhancement. Specifically, this means: You conduct interviews with patients of our clinic and create short audio experience reports from them.
The internship is unpaid. There is the possibility to write a master's thesis based on empirical data.
What are your benefits?
