- You independently manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients and are a competent and personal contact person for our clients, our sales organization, and our brokers.
- You advise our existing clients on all matters related to mortgages and financing, and you collect the necessary documents for mortgage analysis.
- You carefully and critically evaluate credit applications and review mortgage files according to our internal guidelines, thanks to your own expertise in valuation and credit.

Your skills and talents
- You enjoy acquiring new clients and providing them with real added value.
- Successfully completed commercial training and several years of experience in mortgage credit consulting or processing.
- Experience in real estate pledge transactions and knowledge of real estate valuation.
- Fluency in German and Italian (Italian ideally native language), French is an asset.
- Persuasiveness and negotiation talent combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
