Operational Buyer
Tasks
In this role, you are responsible for operational procurement. Your tasks include planning and scheduling the requirements for raw materials, components, auxiliary and operating materials, as well as packaging. You create, send, and monitor orders, track deadlines, and actively manage escalations. In addition, you monitor inventory levels, conduct supplier evaluations together with strategic procurement, and maintain existing supplier relationships. Other tasks include creating key performance indicator reports and maintaining material and supplier data in the ERP system.
Requirements
You have a commercial education or a degree in business administration or logistics, as well as several years of experience in operational purchasing. You are proficient in ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA-MM) and characterized by a structured, independent working style. Communication skills, negotiation skills, and very good German and English skills complete your profile.
