- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
Your profile
- BS in Industrial Technology/Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Degree
- 5 years in a leadership role with direct reports
