As a true Legal Business Partner, you are at the heart of the action:
- You collaborate with our internal teams, external partners, and the companies of the Bouygues group;
- You go on site - branches and construction sites - to understand, advise, and provide concrete support;
- From the commercial phase, you guide our teams in their interactions with clients and authorities, draft and negotiate solid contracts, and propose pragmatic solutions;
- During project execution, you support the contractual management (clients, subcontractors, partners) of the work teams and participate in securing the progress of operations;
- You are one of the guardians of the company's and group's internal rules and compliance;
- Bonus: you share your expertise by leading internal training sessions.
In short: you are a strategic pillar of our projects.
What you bring
- Master's degree in law from a Swiss university (lawyer or notary certificate = a real plus) complemented by 3 to 5 years of experience;
- Knowledge of the real estate or construction sector;
- Analytical mind, autonomy, precision, and reliability: you like things done well;
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, solution-oriented;
- French and good knowledge of German. English? An asset!
