IT Supporter / System Administrator (a)

• You handle tickets from 1st/2nd level (onsite/remote) and prioritize, document, and find sustainable solutions.
• You take ownership of defined services/components and actively drive improvements forward.
• On-/Offboarding (accounts, permissions, hardware/software, policies)
• You manage workplace/client topics (end devices, standard apps, peripherals, collaboration).
• You support the IT apprentices.

• You administer central IT services (e.g., identity/access, MDM, endpoint security, files/collaboration) and further develop them.
• You continuously improve various processes (e.g., ticket quality, self-service, standards).
• You participate in various IT projects (rollouts, migrations, automations, standardization) and/or take on partial/responsibility.
• You create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base.

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable education
• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and system administration
• Fluent German skills & very good English skills
• Structured working style, high service mindset, enjoyment of projects
• Communicative team player
