One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. • Co-design and support of new projects and changes coming to us at GAZK
• Professional and personnel leadership of a team
• Responsible for the professional and holistic care process
• Responsible for the implementation of internal guidelines in various areas (care, hygiene, material management, etc.)
• Support and promotion of employees, trainees/students as well as interns
• Willingness to participate in direct care & support, also as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and therapists
• Active participation in specialist and project groups and within the entire organization

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Knowledge in the field of gerontological care
• Experience with RAI-NH or interRAI LTCF desirable
• Leadership experience in a comparable position
• Completed further training in leadership or willingness to complete it
• Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, positive and motivating team and leadership person
• Experience with change processes and openness to drive and initiate them

• Versatile, demanding, and meaningful activity within a professional and committed organization
