One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. Your Challenge
- Co-design and support of new projects and changes coming to us at GAZK
- Professional and personnel leadership of a team
- Responsible for the professional and holistic care process
- Responsible for the implementation of internal guidelines in various areas (care, hygiene, material management, etc.)
- Support and promotion of employees, trainees/students as well as interns
- Willingness to participate in direct care & support, also as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and therapists
- Active participation in specialist and project groups and within the entire organization
Our Desired Profile
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Knowledge in the field of gerontological care
- Experience with RAI-NH or interRAI LTCF desirable
- Leadership experience in a comparable position
- Completed further training in leadership or willingness to complete it
- Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, positive and motivating team and leadership person
- Experience with change processes and openness to drive and initiate them
