System Engineer (Virtualization, Storage & Backup) 80-100% (m/f/d)

Do you want to enter the world of modern data center technologies and learn from experienced engineers? As a Junior System Engineer, you support operations, projects, and daily support around virtualization, storage, and backup. You will gradually expand your technical know-how and be actively promoted.

This is what your job will be like

• Support in the operation and further development of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Participation in the administration of storage systems (Pure, HPE, NetApp)
• Support with backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik)
• Participation in migrations, rollouts, and documentation
• Support in 2nd-level support

What you should bring

• Initial experience or training in the IT infrastructure environment
• Basic knowledge in virtualization, networking, storage, or backup
• Enthusiasm for data center technologies and willingness to learn
• Reliable, structured way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and responsibility
  
  Nice to have:
• Initial experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Basic understanding of automation (Ansible, Terraform)
