Job Description
- You implement content strategies for our digital channels and social media.
- You create channel-appropriate content (texts, image concepts, short videos) in collaboration with our internal specialist departments and external partners.
- You implement editorial plans, coordinate publication, and ensure consistent brand appearances.
- You monitor channel performance, analyze key figures, and derive data-based optimizations.
- You manage community interactions (comments, messages) and ensure timely, customer-oriented communication.
- You work closely with our topic managers, the Digital Commerce team, and other contacts.
- You support testing of new formats, campaigns, and tools as well as the uploading of content in our systems.
- You assist in the further development of our digital channels and evaluate new opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- You have training as a media technician or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 1-2 years of practical experience as a Content & Channel Manager for email marketing, websites, and social media, preferably in a B2B environment.
- You are familiar with content management systems and common social media tools as well as analytics tools for performance measurement.
- You have a confident handling of texts, visual language, and storytelling.
- You have strong skills in image editing and video production.
- You are communicative, creative, and work in a structured, customer- and goal-oriented manner.
- You have good German and English skills, French is an advantage.
- Digital channels are your passion; you independently and continuously inform yourself about current developments of relevant tools and practices.
