Head of Patient Administration

• you lead the patient administration as well as the reception with 10 employees and, together with your team, are responsible for a professional, efficient, and patient-oriented process from admission to billing
• you ensure that the reception and patient admission as the first points of contact of our hospital impress with friendliness, competence, and high service quality
• you are responsible for the correct billing of our services as well as the professional exchange with health insurance companies
• you work closely with medical, nursing, and administrative departments, think in cross-departmental solutions, and actively contribute to clarifying interfaces, improving processes, and ensuring constructive exchange
• you are responsible for implementing internal quality management in patient administration, optimizing processes, and supporting digitalization projects
• you coordinate the training of our apprentices in patient administration

• you have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system or with a health insurance company
• you know the processes of patient administration from admission, cost approval to outpatient and inpatient billing from practice
• you have already successfully led a team and understand how to promote and motivate employees
• you do not just manage processes but actively develop them further and pragmatically drive digitalization projects
• you convince with your communicative manner and your constructive assertiveness – whether in exchange with health insurance companies, doctors, or your team
• you think solution-oriented, set priorities, and keep an overview even in hectic moments
