Job Description
- Work in the consultation hours, as well as reception and care of patients
- Assistance during consultations and support of the medical team during treatments (General Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Allergology, Cardiology, Gynecology)
- Telephone triage
- Laboratory activities, various rapid tests
- Placement and monitoring of infusions
- Performing diagnostic examinations (ECG, 24h blood pressure, Holter ECG, ergometry, audiometry, visual acuity, spirometry, CTG, prick test, various allergy tests)
- Assistance with wound care and minor excisions
- Digital X-ray
- Medication dispensing
- Administrative tasks
- Participation in billing
Qualifications
- Completed training in healthcare (MPA, medical secretary, health specialist)
- Empathetic interaction with patients
- Team spirit, motivation, flexibility, and interest in new areas of responsibility
- High resilience
- Independent, networked thinking, initiative, and reliable working style
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Good IT skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
