Tasks:
- provide support to the management of the Vocational Training Division, particularly in the operational coordination of the Millestrade project, in analysis activities and in internal and external communication
- collaborate in the design, organization and monitoring of projects and activities of the Division
- analyze data collected from studies, surveys and other sources related to vocational training at the cantonal and national level and prepare reports and presentations
- manage dossiers and ad hoc projects within the objectives of the Division included in the 2023-2027 Legislative Program, particularly objectives no.19 and no.27
- perform administrative tasks, especially related to project submission, their financing and evaluation
- write texts and editorial content for various channels, including press releases and responses to parliamentary acts
Requirements:
- university-level education, federal polytechnic school or university of applied sciences (bachelor and master or bachelor level) preferably in communication
- good knowledge of the vocational training sector in Ticino and its stakeholders
- strong editorial skills, as well as an autonomous, responsible and structured working method
- ability to work in a team, communication skills and service- and solution-oriented
- quick learning ability, ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to support the team also in tasks outside one’s own area of competence
- flexibility, creativity, organizational, editorial skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary working groups
- knowledge of official languages and English
Special remarks:
- fixed-term appointment until December 31, 2027

- the position of Scientific Collaborator I (class 10) can only be assigned to candidates holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive Bachelor + Master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the position of Scientific Collaborator II (class 9) will be assigned only to candidates holding a Bachelor or a short degree or to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: those provided by the Law on the Organization of State Employees and Teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any legal changes concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
