• You are responsible for managing several clients as well as planning, coordinating, and successfully implementing projects.
• You efficiently, solution-oriented, and precisely manage clients and their projects – from start to successful completion.
• You conduct regular meetings and build sustainable, trusting relationships.
• You actively identify cross- and upselling potentials and thus take on important revenue responsibility.
• You monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and derive optimizations.
• You coordinate tailored communication measures and implement them together with internal specialists (e.g., text, design, IT).
• You ensure high quality standards and make sure that budgets and timelines are adhered to.
• You recognize risks early and proactively address challenges.

• You have several years of experience in project management at an advertising or digital agency.
• You confidently coordinate multiple client accounts and projects while always keeping an overview.
• You have strong analytical skills and a high problem-solving competence.
• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
