Shared Service Controller (m/f/d)

- You take on the central role as a business partner for our shared services in IT, HR, and Finance
- You actively challenge the departments, supporting the development from a pure cost center to a true profit center mindset and contribute to building a new controlling structure in shared services
- You ensure that shared services are actively managed, reviewed, and further developed – with the goal of increasing efficiency and transparency
- You support monthly and quarterly closings according to IFRS as well as forecasts and budgets
- You prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations for action and prepare decision-making bases for management
- You work closely with stakeholders from various areas (Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, etc.) and contribute to continuous process optimization
- You are part of a global controller community that inspires and supports each other
What defines you
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field
- You have several years of professional experience in controlling – ideally in an international industrial or technology company
- You see yourself as a sparring partner for management and enjoy interpreting numbers, identifying the need for action, and actively shaping decisions
- You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy consulting in a dynamic environment
- You are a proactive, independent, and communicative personality who can present complex topics clearly
- Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar tools is a plus
- You have very good English skills in spoken and written form; German skills are an advantage
- Any leadership responsibility is seen as an opportunity to contribute or further develop your leadership skills
- You are willing to work 3–4 days per week on-site in Heerbrugg to ensure close team collaboration
