• You accompany and support the purchasing and disposition processes of raw, auxiliary, and operating materials as well as semi-finished and finished products. In doing so, you take into account the actual demand and developments in the procurement market and reconcile these with the cost and quality requirements of our house.
• Regarding our article structures, you actively support the creation of analyses. For this purpose, you set target quantities if necessary and ensure their timely tendering. Subsequently, you carry out professional evaluations and conduct corresponding price and condition negotiations.
• You assist in order processing and monitor compliance with agreed delivery dates, handle complaints, and check goods and services for delivery reliability.
• Within the framework of supply chain management, you help with the systematic selection of suppliers and always keep an eye on a balanced cost/quality ratio. This also includes the continuous submission of supplier proposals to reduce costs and improve quality, taking into account the entire supply chain.
• Finally, you take on administrative tasks and thus ensure clear office organization. In this context, you carry out purchasing documentation, support invoice verification, and ensure smooth internal communication.
• In your role as a trainee in purchasing, you work closely with the purchasing management as well as with the F&B Cost Control departments, kitchens, administration, and numerous operational areas. This allows you to learn integrated actions and gain a good overview of the various sub-areas of our hotel.

• You have successfully completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry or in a commercial profession.
• Interest in food and services would be a great advantage as well as a high willingness to learn.
• In addition to your business fluent German skills, you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Personally, you are characterized by your systematic and reliable way of working, your team and communication skills, as well as a confident, poised, and professional appearance.
• You are familiar and confident in working with MS Office programs and ideally already have some experience with merchandise management programs.
• Your strengths also include a confident and binding demeanor.
